Paul Whitnall, Director

With over 30 years experience as an effective business manager, Paul has worked for the past 15 years as a charity manager in various roles and places, including work with long-term unemployed people leading a childcare programme for over 500 children each day, advising YMCAs on their business development, and supporting brand new charities. For the last 4 years he has been visiting churches in the West Ham archdeaconry to advise on buildings development and commercial management.


Paul is also a Director of Ten Spires CiC

Sarah Odell, Director

Sarah is an experienced and PRINCE2 qualified project manager having led projects in both the corporate and charity sector. Sarah has worked within the charity sector for over 10 years, has a background in youth work, and has a strong track record in fundraising, having secured funding for a wide range of community and building projects. Sarah also has a Masters degree in Theology.

Jean Whitnall, Director

With a proven track record within the Christian publishing industry, Jean has worked across a range of publishing houses including Hodder & Stoughton, CWR and DLT. For over 15 years she has been responsible for directing and implementing sales and marketing strategies notably for the NIV Bible as well as achieving sales of over half a million copies of the worldwide bestseller The Shack.


Jean is also a Director of Ten Spires CiC




Support Staff and Partners

We also have a small team of freelancers who play a valuable role in supporting the work that we do. Our support staff are trained and experienced in the heritage and museums sector, voluntary sector and education


We work closely with architects and have developed a number of good working relationships with architect firms specialising in church buildings and historic buildings
